Great Review! Thanks. I am also pretty happy with this Wing. I was able to test the 5.0 and the 2.4.The overall conclusion is consistently positive! Apart from the weight, which you feel in the general Wing handling in maneuvres, it can compete with the Pro version in every category. Where it is even better: - Bar: The bar with the pistol grip is really fun, maneuvers become even easier, and the stiffness is in a different league. - Pumping: I chose my smallest front-wing (800 MA Armstrong on 42lt Armstrong Surf)—Wow, the tension in the canopy is impressive - I never used my bigger front-wings again. - Speed: Faster than the Pro—which I still cannot quite get why this is the case. - The wind range is impressive, especially in the upper end– I rode it during a Mistral session the 2.4 in the Morning and after the wind dropped a bit the 5.0 in the afternoon, both quite relaxed in these choppy Mistral conditions. Disclaimer: for the last few years I only used Core Wings - XC, Halo Pro and now Halo. So this is just in comparison with the Halo Pro.
